In the same way that Systematic Innovation is built from the world’s biggest study of creativity and innovation, Change State is built from the world’s biggest study of human psychology.

Why Change State? The biggest reason innovations fail to make it to market is because the project team is either dysfunctional or fails to adequately corral sufficient support from others within their organisation.

How it works:

Irrespective of how people think, whether they will be amenable to making any kind of change in the way that they work is quite another matter. The Change State Indicator tool is designed to establish whether people are currently capable of making changes based on their prevailing life circumstances.

Change State is a measurements instruments comprehensively validated by thousands of case studies. It appears in the form of electronic on-line individual questionnaires. The tool takes about 15 minutes for each individual to complete via an on-line web-page.

The service is fully confidential. Individual profiles are confidential to each individual. The person commissioning the Scan has confidential access to consolidated findings.
