System Sweat is a combination of off-line work and stakeholder workshops, resulting in new innovation possibilities within the cash and time constraints of the business. Typical programme structure might be:
- Perception Map determined by all stakeholders
- Review of entire system, looking for root contradictions.
- Define and Solve Contradictions

A typical programme lasts 5-100 days and costs €20-€500k
